March 2, 2007 Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Dining Industry Gala

Industry Magazine is pairing its February/March “Wine & Food” issue with the most exuberant gourmet event that Orlando has ever been witness to… The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation “Dining Industry” Gala. March 2, 2007 at 6:00 P.M. at the Historic Center in downtown Orlando, all proceeds will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This event combines style, spice, celebrity and prosperity like no other event in the city’s history.

Hosted by Bravo’s “Top Chef” MC Padma Lakshmi as well as celebrity chefs from the Food Network, the Dining Industry Gala will gather the most celebrated chefs, restaurants, entrepreneurs ad food lovers in Central Florida, to sample the best of more than a dozen flagship restaurants.

The event will also include a summer fashion show, featuring student designers and models from the International Academy of Design & Technology hosted by Uli Herzner, and a “Top Chef” style cook-off with dishes by the Orlando Culinary Academy. 

Local and national TV, print and radio media will be in attendance. Over 1,000 guests are expected to attend this unprecedented charity event, and you simply cannot afford NOT to be one of them.
